Let’s Talk. Your Consultation Is Always Complimentary.
No sales pitch. No pressure.
Just a real conversation about where you are and what you need. Whether you have specific questions about Medicare, need help understanding your health insurance options, or just want a second opinion on coverage you already have, we are happy to sit down with you and work through it.
All consultations with Connecticut Insurance Group are complimentary. We are compensated by insurance carriers when a plan is selected, which means there is never a charge for our time or our guidance.

How a Consultation Works
Most first meetings are in-person at our North Haven office.
In-person is our preference for a few practical reasons: it is the most productive format for a detailed conversation, and it keeps the compliance side of things clean since we are not navigating recorded calls or digital storage requirements. That said, Zoom, phone, and home visits are all available depending on what works best for you.

What to expect from a first meeting
We start with your situation, not a product pitch. For Medicare conversations, that means understanding your current coverage, your doctors, your prescriptions, and your timeline. For group benefits or individual health insurance, we dig into your goals and budget. From there, we lay out your realistic options in plain language and answer every question you have before anything is decided.
For Medicare clients, individual appointments typically run about an hour. Couples usually take an hour and a half. If your situation involves a Medicaid application or additional complexity, we may schedule a follow-up. We do not rush the process.
What to bring
- Your Medicare card, if you already have one
- A list of your current medications and dosages
- A list of your current doctors and any specialists you see regularly
- Any insurance cards or plan documents you have questions about
- Your most recent Social Security statement, if you are approaching enrollment
Reach Us
We respond to texts and calls quickly. If you reach voicemail, expect a same-day callback.
Schedule Online
Use the calendar to pick a time that works for you.
Morning and afternoon appointments are available at our North Haven office. If you prefer to reach us by phone or text first to talk through availability, that works too.
*By providing your name and contact information you are consenting to receive calls, text messages and/or emails from a licensed insurance agent about Medicare Plans at the number provided, and you agree such calls and/or text messages may use an auto-dialer or robocall, even if you are on a government do-not call registry. This agreement is not a condition of enrollment.
Serving Clients Throughout New Haven County

A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Reach Out
There is no cost to you
We do not charge for consultations, plan reviews, or enrollment assistance. Our compensation comes from insurance carriers, so our time and guidance are always complimentary to you.
You will understand what you are choosing
Our whole approach is built around education. We are not here to put you in a plan and move on. By the time you leave a conversation with us, you know what your coverage includes, how to use it, and who to call when something comes up. That is what informed decision-making actually looks like.
We are responsive when it matters
People reach out when something has gone wrong, when a bill does not look right, when a claim gets denied, when a life change creates a coverage question. We pick up, we call back the same day, and we work through it. That is what we mean by white glove service.
We are here for the long term
We are not here to enroll you once and disappear. Our goal is to be the person you call every time something insurance-related comes up, at every stage of life. The best signal that we are doing our job is a referral. When clients send their family, their friends, and their colleagues our way, that tells us everything we need to know about how we are doing.
